The Manager of Educational and Community Programming is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Access & Enrichment (A&E) Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
·         Supervise A&E staff, including a DANCE POWER Coordinator and DANCE POWER Teaching Artists.
·         Manage all aspects of the DANCE POWER program, including but not limited to:
o   Meeting regularly with the New Brunswick Board of Education to align goals for DANCE POWER.
o   Assessing the DANCE POWER curriculum on an annual basis in order to ensure quality, sequential learning for all participants that aligns with the Princeton Ballet School mission.
o   Hiring and supervising a roster of Teaching Artists for the DANCE POWER program and educational residency program.
o   Designing and leading professional development workshops for Teaching Artists, physical education teachers, and classroom teachers.
o   Script, produce, and host the annual culminating performance, Waiting in the Wings.
o   Oversee DANCE POWER Scholars program, including student involvement in community events, Waiting in the Wings, and the Annual Gala.
·         Coordinate all aspects of the School Time Matinee series and assembly program(s), including but not limited to: booking engagements, communicating with the Artistic Director and Production Manager, and creating scripts and educational resource guides for all performances.
·         Group Sales and Community Partnerships for performances, residencies and lecture-demonstrations.
·         Facilitate residency program by building partnerships with schools and community centers, booking residencies, maintaining schedules, and making regular observations to ensure quality.
·         Assist in management of the On Pointe lecture series, including creating event outlines, coordinating personnel, facilitating assessment, and leading events as needed.
·         Support in marketing of all A&E-related activities.
·         Work closely with Development Department to create narratives and budgets that clearly represent the activities and goals of the A&E department.
·         Financial responsibilities, including maintaining a budget for the A&E department, overseeing A&E payroll, and providing invoices to school and community contacts for A&E activities.
·         Oversee the internship program, including recruitment, staffing, and pre- and post-assessments.
·         Work with the staff and administrative leaders to write long-range ADA plan and ensure implementation of the plan’s goals; develop and supervise the ADA Committee; advise on plans for special events so that accessibility to events is barrier free.
·         Researching new education/outreach initiatives, creating program proposals, and maintaining positive relationships with partners.
·         Represent ARB and A&E department at events as needed.
